Rexburg 4th of July Parade

Ruby eating breakfast. She scarfs her breakfast. Holly usually eats her kibble throughout the day piece by piece. Ruby just eats in one spot until she is satisfied.
The old setup didn't allow for us to have air flow at night time. Having the bedroom door open helps tremendously. We don't have air conditioning, so our future beholds the investing of fans.

Bagpipe players.

A little hard to see, but Elizabeth and Chelsea are sitting on the ground in the very front. This was actually an intersection we were sitting in.

Salt Lake Express. The main mode of transportation for students going to and from the SLC airport at the beginning and ending of semesters. It is about $47.50 to go from Rexburg BYU-Idaho to Ogden, UT.

Oliver Twist drama group advertising their future showings and production.

This is the new setup for Ruby. Baby gates are so amazing! The front gate by the refrigerator wasn't long enough, so I improvised. That little detail didn't occur to me at the store. Plus, I wouldn't have wanted to pay the $25-35 for the larger gates. These gates were $10 each.

Ruby at 6 weeks!

University of Utah Sleep Study Center! I had a sleep study to check my oxygen levels throughout the night, my brain waves (possibly to see why I wake up with migraines), and to see if I have restless leg syndrome (not that I think I have it). I slept really well from 9:30pm-2:30am. But I awoke when the room was frigid. The lady accidently turned the thermostat down in my room instead of a different ladies room. There were 6 sleep study rooms.  I know I got back to sleep, but it certainly wasn't as restful as at home. My mind wouldn't shut up. After being informed as to what every sensor and device attached to me did, it was hard to not think about it as I moved or shifted. They could track my eye movement, jaw movement, snoring--not that I snore, breathing, breath temperature, if I breathed through my nose or mouth, leg movement, my effort of exertion to breathe, brain waves, REM sleep, and heart monitors. There was a night camera on the wall to watch me sleep as well. I was definitely wired up. Kind of scary when I saw myself in the mirror. haha

I got a prescription for her to start out with. In 1 year, she'll take her test to be certified.

Homemade root beer and cream soda!

Holly peeking into the basket at Ruby.

Ruby's bath! Holly was not thrilled because she feared that she was next! haha

We have found that Ruby likes to listen to music and have noise around her. She is quieter at night that way. We are hoping to find a ticking clock at D.I. to help as well.

Ruby at 5 weeks!

This male pup really liked cuddling with Mom.

AM Disruption, Family History, and SLC Temple Sealing of Antonio's Cousin.

So I woke up from a nightmare about being chased by T-Rex's, and my nose was gushing blood. It was tricky to get out of bed and into the bathroom before leaving a blood trail. I just barely made it as you can see in the 2nd picture. My first all-time bloody nose in bed. I can tell you I wasn't very thrilled to be changing bed sheets and cleaning up the mess at 2:30am.
These are pictures that I took from a pioneer book for the men that were pioneers and that have pictures recorded. Sometime in the future I want to take pictures of the women from pioneer history in our ancestral line.

The SLC Temple. We went down for a cousin of Antonio who was getting sealed. It was a beautiful day. Not too hot, and I can't say it would ever be too cold considering we are from Rexburg, ID.
                                                          The lovely couple!

Bear Lake 2011! I finally got to go. Usually family goes when I'm in the middle of a semester.

The kid inside of me! It was a fun playground!
